On February 10, 2010, during a snow storm, 50 cars and trucks crushed into one another... all within a couple mile stretch in northwestern Pennsylvania.
There were at least 70 drivers and passengers that were involved in this historic pile up. This was one of the worst accidents in Pennsylvania history. Many people were injured and one was killed.Ostroff Injury law has been retained by some of the victims of this collision. Retained by one family within days of this collision, Jon Ostroff, Esquire, promptly deployed investigators to the scene in an effort to secure the most helpful evidence that was available Jon's goal was to put the pieces together on this tragic crash. Ostroff has experience in handling catastrophic injury cases involving trucks and cars. After helping more than 20,000 injury victims in the past twenty years, he knew exactly what he needed to do for his clients in this matter.
Ostroff: "When this many vehicles are involved, and people are seriously injured and killed, it's critical to my clients that I get as much evidence as I can, as early as I can. We did a strong job in this matter. I'm very proud of our team. Our quick action allowed us to get critical photographs and video, statements, police information, and more. This evidence would not have been available a few days later. I am confident that this evidence will be very helpful to my clients and their claims."
Once Ostroff Injury Law finishes this initial investigation, they will turn to some of the top experts in the U.S. to help determine what happened.
"We will rely on our experts to help us and others understand how this accident occurred and who was at fault for it," remarked Ostroff.
